Pracheen Kali Mata Mandir, Pathankot
Kali Mata Mandir also known as Pracheen Kali Mata Mandir is a famous old shrine of the Hindu religion, located in the city of Pathankot. The main deity of this temple is Goddess Kali Mata. A lot of local devotees and tourists from all around come to offer their prayers and the maximum crowd is observed on tuesdays.
A special bhandara is also organised for devotees on tuesdays. Many devotees visit this temple during Navratri.
How to visit Kali Mata Mandir Pathankot
Pracheen Kali Mata Mandir is located on Dalhousie road, Pathankot and the temple is close to City Central Mall Pathankot. You can visit here by auto, car and two wheelers. However, Cars are not recommended as you can’t get enough space for it.
In addition, one can also get flowers and Nariyal as the offers for the Maa Kali and Coconut Parshad is usually distributed before covid19 but now they don’t give any kind of parshad.

Pracheen Kali Mata Mandir Opening Timings
Pracheen Kali Mata Mandir opens every morning at around 4 am and closes at around 12 pm after that it again opens between 3 to 4 pm and closes at between 9:30 to 11 pm.
Pracheen Kali Mata Mandir Arti Timings
Arti timings at Kali Mata Mandir Pathankot are changed as per sessions. For example, In summer, morning arti usually performed between 6 am to 8 am and in evening it performed between 6 pm to 7pm.
Tuesday’s arti time is not fixed as Pandit ji always either performs it 20 minute late or earlier you should always visit temple by 6:45 pm to take part in arti.
